I was introduced into the sport of bodybuilding by means of increasing my strength and performance in order to train more efficiently in other sports that I partook in. Within a very short time, after truly seeing my body's potential through appropriate training programming and nutritional recommendations; I became fascianated with the sport which subsequently changed my life.
My competitive career as a professional natural bikini athlete has seen me compete both nationally and internationally on a PRO Worlds Stage. Having won my WNBF bikini pro card in my first competitive season, which is no easy feat on it's own; I continue competing and uphold my pro status whilst also competing in the IFBB pro league with aspirations of achieving the same status in due time.
As an evidence based personal trainer and accredited sports nutritionist, I aim to coach you through customised training and nutritional programming via online and/or face to face sessions and provide accountability and support to help you reach your individual health, physique, fitness or competitive goals.
